OWNERS’ VISION:

This extensive renovation included removing 4 walls to create one large kitchen/living/dining space. The budget conscious design still includes our top-of the line materials, construction methods, and under cabinet lighting, to create a clean true shaker style renovation of this Cordova Park home. Our efficient process allowed us to produce this kitchen for around $16,000 (installed), providing proof that superior cabinetry and finishes can be obtained for a small premium over big box store prices.
